浅议大模板工艺中门窗洞口施工

On the Construction of Door and Window Openings in the Large Formwork Technology

为满足建筑物美观及室内采光要求,设计上采用了增大门口面积,增多门口数量的方式,但因主体施工的失误导致门窗口处不必要的剔凿和抹灰过厚、房屋外檐门窗洞口处抹灰开裂所引起的渗漏等问题,因此在洞口墙体处采用定型大钢模板内夹拼装成型的木套模的施工工艺,墙体与梁板两次支模两次浇筑进行施工,取得了较为满意的效果。

To meet the requirements of beauty and indoor daylighting, the methods of enlarging the area and increasing the number of door openings have been employed in the design. However, due to unnecessary chiseling and over-plastering at window and/or door openings resulting from error in the execution of main body, leakage caused by cracking of plaster at exterior door and window openings, the construction technology of fixed formwork with inclusion of assembled wooden cover die is employed at the wall body at the openings, and construction is done by twice formworking and twice casting. The method has obtained satisfactory results.
