摘要
肥胖是一种危害人类健康的慢性疾病。肥胖的产生受多种因素的影响,其主要调节机制包括基因、生理和行为因素。其中胰岛素抵抗、高胰岛素血症与肥胖关系密切。
Obesity is considered as a chronic disease which endangers the mankind health. The developing of obesity is affected by many factors; the main mechanisms involved in body weight regulation in humans include genetic,physiological and behavioral factors. The relationship between obesity and insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia is consanguineous.
