中、小学生参与不同强度锻炼心理效应的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过实验比较的方法,使用锻炼感觉量表(EFI),研究中、小学生参与不同强度锻炼的心理效应。实验结果表明,小学生适宜参与中、小强度锻炼,且性别差异不大;中学生参与大、中强度锻炼更能取得较大的锻炼心理效应和获得更大的运动愉快感,且男生相对于女生更喜爱参与大强度锻炼。研究指出:就大众健身锻炼而言,不同年龄、性别的个体,为了取得较大的锻炼心理效应和获得更强的运动愉快感,应合理安排与选择运动强度,中等强度是大众健身锻炼较适宜的锻炼强度。 In this study, through the method of experimental eontrol, the author uses the exercise-induced feeling inventory(EFI) to study the psychological effects of PSS and JMSS participating in different exercise intensity. Such results have been secured:medium and low intensity exercise suitable for PSS, and no gender difference between exercise of different intensity in PSS; however high and medium intensity exercise suitable for JMSS, and body students more pleased participate in high intensity exercise than girl students. In the end, the author suggests that in order to attain larger exerclse-lnduced feeling and better enjoyment, people of different ages and gender properly choose and arrange exercise intensity, moderate intensity is more suitable to the public.
