对完善我校成教二级管理体制的思考

Reflections on how to further perfect the management mechanism on the department level for adult education

文章对普通高等学校成人教育实行二级管理体制设计了一个基本构架,并用框图形象地表达了该体制中各机构之间的运行关系,对院、系的责、权、利以及实施二级管理体制所涉及的若干问题作了具体论述,同时就进一步完善成教二级管理体制提出了新的看法。

This article puts forward a basic structure of the management mechanism on the department level for adult education in higher learning institutes. The framework vividly describes the relationship among all the institutions running within this mechanism. It discusses in detail the responsibilities, the rights and the interests bound to the institutions and the problems caused by the implementation of the mechanism. Measures on how to further perfect the mechanism are also given so that authorities and the managing department can have something for reference.
