摘要
针对特种加工方法——功率超声振动加工中关键技术——谐振系统进行了一系列的研究,从变幅杆、弯曲振动圆盘、振子系统等方面进行了详细的介绍,并分析了超声振动珩磨的切削运动、磨粒性能及加工质量。对已研制成功的 DY90摩托车铸铁缸体超声振动珩磨系统的应用效果进行了分析,论述了该系统的原理及结构特点。该项技术还可推广应用于微型汽车的铸铁缸体,为铸铁缸体珩磨开创了一条高效、高质、低耗的新途径。
This thesis is directed against the special processing method-key technology in the power ultrasonic vibration processing - resonance system doing a series of research. There is a detailed introduction to the pole of amplitude, the flexural vibration disc, the shaker system and so on. It analysed the ultrasonic vibration honing cutting motion, the abrasive performance and processing quality. It also analysed the application effect of the motorcycle cast iron cylinder body ultrasonic vibration honing system which has a successful use on DY90 motorcycle, and described the principle and structure characteristic of this system. This technology can also popularize to the compact car cast iron cylinder body, it will open a high - efficient, high quality, new way for the Cast iron cylinder body honing.
