摘要
本文讨论了灵芝色素在不同的pH条件下的稳定性,以及不同温度及光照对色素稳定性的影响。结果表明,灵芝色素在酸性条件下可以稳定存在,而在碱性条件下会发生某些变化;高浓度色素对光的稳定性良好;温度低于90℃时,该色素在较长时间内都很稳定。
In this paper are discussed the stability of ganoderma lucidum pigment under different PH and the effects of the temperature and periods of exposure to light on it. The results show that the ganoderma lucidum pigment can exist stably in acidities and change in alklinities. Both concentrated solution of pigment and lower temperature (90℃) can enhance the stability for long periods.
