本文从时代背景、价值取向及系统论视角探讨了和谐社会的基本特征与主要内容,从公民与人民、市民关系入手探讨了人与人关系、人与社会关系以及人与自然关系的基本形态,并通过对和谐社会与公民自觉的相互关系的分析,认为和谐社会和公民自觉是一个有限性与无限性的统一,是一种公民与社会共同成长的历史过程,是一种历史进步状态,和谐社会的构建及其成熟程度在很大程度上取决于公民自觉及其程度。

The article discusses basic character and main content of harmonious society in the view of background,value tropism and systematism.At the same time,the author also probes into the basic form of interpersonal,social relations and the relation between human and nature.By analyzing the relation of harmonious society and civil consciousness,the author concludes that harmonious society and civil consciousness is the unification of finity and infinity,a historical process of common growth of civil and society.Civil consciousness and its degree can greatly affect the construction and mature degree of harmonious society.
