和谐社会:从悖论到自洽

摘要 中国思想史中,孔门仁学所阐发的核心思想就是有关和谐社会的构建问题。孔门主张把父慈子孝的家庭伦理推衍成君宽臣忠民拥戴的社会政治伦理,在利益分割上,主张仁政、惠民,在“人之相与”方面,主张仁恕与兼爱。但是由于孔门自身政治立场的局限,其仁学与其标举等级的礼学在思理上彼此矛盾,不能圆通。在新的历史条件下, 我党倡导的和谐社会是建立在平等互利、公平正义基础之上的,它克服了儒学悖论,使和谐社会理论从悖论走向自洽。 In China's intellectual history, the key thought that the theory of the Confucianists' benevolence elucidates is the construction question about the harmonious society. Family's ethics maintains father should be kind, the son should be filial. Society and politics ethics thinks the monarch should be generous, the minister should be loyal, common people love a monarch. In the distribution of interests, the Confucianists advocate, the monarch makes common people get the advantage. Because of the limitation of the Confucianists' political standpoint, the theory of benevolence and grade view are contradictory, can't be flexible. Under the new historical condition, the harmonious society that our party advocates is set up on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, fair justice. It has overcome Confucianism's paradox, which makes the theory of the harmonious society flexible.
