摘要
科学建构非物质文化遗产保护法的基本原则,是有效保护的关键。立法应确立生态主体平等、生态利益公平、生态权利公正、生态秩序安全的原则,实现文化生态系统的完整、稳定、和谐。
Setting the principles of intangible cultural heritage protection law is the key to efficient protection. Legislation should ensure the principle of equality of ecological subject, impartiality of ecological interest, justice of ecological right and security of ecological order. Then, it can help to realize the integrity, stability and harmonization of cultural ecosystem.
