摘要
本文运用历史人类学的方法,通过大量的资料分析,论证出“南甜北咸,东辣西酸”的中华传统饮食口味地理方位观的实质是阴阳五行学说的衍生物,只是因历史发展的时空和文本作者的变化,出现历史记忆的重组与编排而遮掩了其本来面目。通过对该文本的分析,同时也再次论证了文化是环境、社会文化和人三者互动的产物。
An analysis of a great amount of related materials shows that the differences in geographic position of traditional Chinese food tastes-sweetness in the south, saltiness in the north, hotness in the east and sourness in west derives from Theory of Yin and Yang, and Five Elements. However history development and changes of authors concealed the fact. An analysis of the text shows again that culture is the result of interaction of environment, society and human beings.
