The paper discusses meanings of internationalization of firms, introduces the models which measure enterprises＇ internationalization, and evaluates the level of Haier＇s internationalization with the model according to the way of transnational operation, financial management, marketing, human resource, organization structure, index of transnationality and R＆D internationalization, and finally points out Haler Groups has passed the beginning of enterprises internationalization.
