改进型剑杆织机控制系统的设计

摘要 基于传统剑杆织机增加可视化人机界面和提高系统控制的精密度,提出了一种剑杆织机电气控制系统的改进型设计方案,给出了详细的系统软硬件设计方法.该系统采用单片机控制,具有数据显示、数据保存和参数控制功能,系统操作方便,优化后的软硬件设计改进了系统的工作精度和稳定性. The rapier loom is one kind of important loom type. Its operating performance is affecting the textile technology development in the very great degree. To add the visual man-machine interface to traditional rapier loom, and improve the precision of the system controlling, a kind of advanced version rapier loom's electrical control system is presented, and the software and hardware's design proposal is given in detail. The system, which is controlled by MCU, has the multi-data display function. It is the important data memory and the parameter control function causes the system operation to be more convenient, the optimized software and hardware design improves the system's work precision and the stability.
