根据4点弯曲疲劳试验结果,对各种工艺数据进行回归处理,在N=106时,疲劳强度降低20%,比较二次熔修与一次熔修,二次熔修焊缝疲劳性能的降低是由于熔修工艺、焊接接头疲劳损伤所造成的.
The fatigue test result of the TIG-dressing according to each one, the logarithms normal distri bution is adopted the proceeding data processing. In this paper, the fatigue life of the weld line after secondary TIG-dressing is 20% lower than the fatigue life of the weld line after first TIG-dressing (when N=10^6). The fatigue life of weld line after secondary TIG-dressing is lower because the TIG-dressing technology affects the base metal property and brings about the fatigue damage of the member.
