摘要
根据富勒烯材料特有的光化学和光物理性质,将普通的氧气通过载有氯化富勒烯-银胺络合物的Al2O3多孔陶瓷,在Xe灯照射下3O2可能转变成单线态活性氧分子1O2。实验表明,这样的活性氧分子具有直接杀灭气单胞菌、金黄葡萄球菌、弧菌等细菌的功效。同时,对氧的活化机理及活性氧对细胞凋亡的可能影响过程进行了初步分析。
A normal oxygen molecule when going through a Al2O3 molecular sieve containing fullerene chlorine-argent amine complex could be changed into an active singlet oxygen ^1O2 under the irradiation of Xe lamp. The results showed that this type of active oxygen ^1O2 ewas of distinct ability to sterilize some bacteria, such as aeromonas, staphylococcus aureus and vibrios. The molecular mechanism from ^3O2 to ^1O2 was discussed and the singlet oxygen ^1O2 has been shown to possess apoptosis activity for cells.
