摘要
目的观察和胃汤对胃肠运动障碍的调节作用。方法采用黑色营养性半固体糊同时测定病理模型小鼠胃排空及小肠推进率,离体观察和胃汤对正常、亢进及抑制状态下离体兔肠管平滑肌的影响。结果和胃汤对迟缓的胃肠运动有促进作用,对亢进的胃肠运动有抑制作用。结论和胃汤对胃肠运动障碍有双向调节作用。
Objective It is to observe the regulation action of Hewei decoction on gastrointestinal motility disturbance.Methods Gastric emptying and intestinal progradating rates in pathologic model mice were tested with black nutritious semisolid cataplasm. The influence,of Hewei decoction on rabbit intestinal smooth muscle in vitro at normal, sthenic and prohibitivc conditions was observed. Results ttewci decoction had promoting action on delaying gastrointestinal motility and in hibitory action on sthenic gastrointestinal motility. Conclusion Hewel decoction has bi - directional modulating action on gastroint^tina[ motility disturbance.
