摘要
通过对球形刀三轴联动数控端铣加工误差理论分析,找出数控加工过程中影响工件加工精度的因素,提出控制该误差的五个途径,为数控加工精度的有效控制提供了系统的理论依据。
The factors of influencing workpiece manufacture precision are found in the course of NC machining by the analysis of error theory based on three-axis NC mill machining in the case of globular cutter. Meanwhile, the paper presents five methods of controlling the error in order to provide systematic basis of theory for improvement of NC machining precision.
