摘要
以数控加工过程中的普通外圆车削加工和用球头铣刀平面铣削为研究对象,建立这两种典型加工过程中表面粗糙度的数学模型,根据数学模型分析数控加工过程中表面粗糙度的影响因素,并研究影响因素的选择方法及合理的取值范围。
The mathematical models of the surface roughness in the lathe work for normal encircle and the mill work for plane with spherical milling-tool is established in the dissertation. The influent factors are studied according to the models. And the selection of them is discussed. The reasonable range of their value is given.
