摘要
介绍了采用基于GIS/GPS技术对车辆实施监控信息系统的工作原理,并在此基础上设计监控系统的结构框架,讨论此系统中地图信息管理部分软件的改进设计与实现。
The paper introduces the working principle of information system based on GIS/GPS＇ technlolgy to supervise vehicle implementation and designs the structure frame of monitor system on this foundation. The improvement design and the realization of part of software of map information management are discussed in this system.
