聚合硫酸铝铁的絮凝效果及其流变性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以硫酸亚铁(FeSO4·6H2O)和硫酸铝[Al2(SO4)3·18H2O]为原料,以硝酸(65%)为催化剂,设计出一条新工艺,合成了无机高分子絮凝剂一聚合硫酸铝铁(PFAS)。通过除浊实验,发现PFAS的适宜投加量为2~4mg/L,最佳沉降pH值为7,最佳沉降时间为30min。与其它絮凝剂的比较表明,PFAS絮凝剂除浊效果最佳。用AR500流变仪对PFAS的剪切弹性模量和粘性模量进行了测量,发现在低频区间,G’、G”的扫描曲线符合牛顿型流体行为;在高频区间,G’、G”为非牛顿型流体行为。选用离散谱仅用两个并联Maxwell模型即可较好地拟合测量曲线。 A new process of preparing poly - ferric aluminum sulfate (PFAS) coagulant of inorganic composite polymer is designed by using ferrous ( FeSO4 · 6H2O ) and aluminum sulfate [ Al2 ( SO4 )3 · 18H2O ] as raw materials. Flocculating property of PFAS was studied and compared with other three coagulants. Experiment results show that the optimum dose of PFAS is 2 -4mg/L,optimum sedimentation pH value is 7 ,optimum sedimentation time is 30 min. PFAS is the best among the four coagulants in terms of flocculating properties . In addition, shear elastic and viscous moduli ( G' and G") of PFAS were measured by a rheometer AR500. The results show that G' approximately equals G", which appears as Newtonian fluid behavior in the range of lower angular frequency. Choosing discrete spectrum relation, two -element Maxwell model properly fits the data.
