摘要
我们对Au—GaAs(īīī)界面进行了角分辨AES和UPS研究。分析了Au、Ga和As原子在热退火前后的界面行为,同时由功函数变化定性地讨论了界面势垒的形成。
The Au-GaAs(ⅲ)interface has been studied using angle-resolved AES and UPS. Theinterface behavior of Au, Ga and As atoms are analyzed before and after annealing,and thebarrier formation is discussed by the analysis of work function change at different Au overlayers.
