摘要
用传统方法加工复杂曲面时,由于计算机数控系统的轨迹控制能力不强,过分依赖数控编程,因而带来很多问题.针对这种情况,文中针对参数曲面上以投影方式形成的空间曲线轨迹,提出了一种直接插补算法.应用该算法,可以实现对参数曲面局部加工区域内生成的刀轨的直接插补运算.该算法的实现提高了数控系统的轨迹控制能力.文中最后给出了一个曲面局部加工实例来对算法进行验证.仿真结果表明,给出的算法简单、可行而且有效.该算法也可以推广应用于曲面的整体加工.
The machining of sculptured surface by the traditional method may cause many problems because the existing CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) system, which possesses weak control capability, depends too much on automatic programming. In order to solve these problems, a direct interpolation algorithm for the projective curve on parametric surface is proposed in this paper. It can directly carry out the interpolation of tool paths in local surface with improved control capability of CNC system. Moreover, an example of local machining is presented to verify the proposed algorithm. Simulated results show that the proposed algorithm is simple, feasible and effective, and that it can be applied to the machining of the whole surface.
