活血化瘀中药对大鼠异位子宫内膜细胞增殖的影响

Effect of Promote-blood-flow Decoction on Proliferation of Ectopic Endometrim Cells in an Endometriosis Rat Model

目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMT)模型大鼠异位子宫内膜细胞的增殖特性及活血化瘀中药对其的影响,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法制备活血化瘀中药含药血清,干预体外原代培养的大鼠异位内膜和在位内膜细胞,应用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法比较二者增殖率及活血化瘀中药含药血清对其增殖的影响。结果异位内膜与在位内膜基质细胞的增殖活性相当(P>0.05);活血化瘀中药对异位内膜的增殖有显著抑制作用(P<0.01),而对在位内膜的增殖无明显抑制作用(P>0.05)。结论活血化瘀中药含药血清对EMT模型鼠异位内膜的增殖有显著抑制作用而对在位内膜的增殖无明显影响。

Objective To investigate the proliferating characteristics of the ectopic endometrial cells in endometriosis model rats and to study the effect of traditional Chinesc medicine on the proliferation of the ectopic endometrial cells. Methods The serum containing promote blood flow decoction was prepared. The in vitro cultured ectopic endometrial cells and eutopic endometrial cells were intervened. The proliferating rate was assayed by MTT method and compared between them, and the effect of serum containing promote blood flow decoction on the proliferation was studied. Results The proliferating activity of ectopic endometrial cells and eutopic endometrial cells was equivalent （P〉0. 05）. The inhibitory effects of promote-blood flow de coction on the ectopie endometrial cells were significantly increased as compared with control group （P〈0.01）. while the decoction had no significant influence on the proliferation of the eutopic endometrial cells （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Serum containing promote-blood-flow decoction could inhibit the proliferation of ectopic endometrial cells markedly in the endometriosis rat model, but had no significant influence on the proliferation of the eutopic cndometrial cells.
