抗生素联合治疗感染性心内膜炎的研究进展

摘要
目前治疗感染性心内膜炎(IE)的最重要方法仍是应用抗生素。有协同作用的抗生素联合治疗,尤其对耐药或相对耐药的致病菌引起的IE,可明显减少败血症、瓣膜损害、转移性脓肿的发生率,降低病死率。本文从循证医学角度综述近年来抗生素联合治疗感染性心内膜炎的研究进展。
