一种新型丁基橡胶淤浆稳定剂的合成与测评(英文)

摘要 通过负离子聚合技术,合成了一种星形聚苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物,并把它作为丁基橡胶的淤浆稳定剂和支化剂进行了测评。结果表明,合成的星形嵌段聚合物用量为0.5%~3%时,有稳定丁基橡胶淤浆的作用,且随着星形聚合物量的增加,淤浆稳定效果愈好,产品的相对分子质量分布愈宽;超出这个范围,有凝胶产物生成。 The bulk of the world production of butyl rubber (IIR) is made by a slurry process at -98 ℃ to -90℃ in methyl chloride diluent. However, the slurry particles are easy to agglomerate when the polymerization temperature fluctuates. Some patents describe the use of block-copolymer stabilizing agents to create steric repulsion forces between slurry particles and prevent agglomeration. To improve the processability of IIR and achieve the balance between green strength and stress relaxation properties , the branching agent needs to be introduced to obtain the desired high molecular mass butyl polymers.
