静脉吸毒致获得性免疫缺陷病毒-1型感染者合并丙型肝炎病毒亚型的分析

Serotyping of HCV in patients infected HIV by intravenous drug abuse

目的了解静脉吸毒致获得性免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV1)感染者混合HIV感染丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)亚型的分布情况。方法采用abbott公司的MurexHCVSerotyping16Assay检测12例单纯HCV感染者及25例静脉吸毒导致HIV1感染者(其中重叠HCV感染的患者12例)HCV不同亚型的抗体,确定HCV的基因亚型。结果12例单纯HCV感染者中HCV1型7例(58.3%),3型2例(25%),4+6型1例(8.33%),6型(包括重叠4型)2例(16.67%)。12例静脉吸毒者中HCV1型7(58.33%),6型4例(33.3%),1+3型1例(8.33%),3型(包括重叠1型)3例(25%)。结论单纯HCV感染者和合并HIV1感染的HCV感染者体内HCV以1型为主,并且均存在2种亚型共感染的现象。

Objective To study the subtype of HCV coinfected with HIV-1 in intravenous drug abusers. Methods Twelve samples from the patients infected HCV only and 25 samples from ones coinfected HCV and HIV-1 were analyzed by Murex HCV Serotyping 1-6 Assay （Abbott Co. LM）. Results In 12 cases infected only HCV ,7 were infected by subtype 1 （ 58.3% ） ,2 by subtype 3 （ 16.7% ） , 1 by subtype 6 （8.33%） 1 superinfected by subtype 4 and 6 （ 8.33% ） , In 12 intravenous drug abusers ,7 were infected by subtype 1（58.33% ） ,4 by subtype 6 （33.3%） ,2 by subtype 3 （ 16.67% ） ,1 by subtypel and 3 （8.33%）. Conclusion Subtype 1 is the major subtype in people both infected only HCV and HCV coinfected with HIV-1 ,and there is coinfection with two subtypes in the two groups.
