摘要
在对HSK刀柄与机床主轴接触状况进行深入分析的基础上,利用有限元法建立了高速加工HSK工具系统动刚度模型,并对其刚度特性和抗弯曲能力等进行了系统的研究和数值解析。结果表明:随着机床转速提高,HSK工具系统刚度基本不变,但其对弯矩的承载能力呈指数级数增大;刀柄锥面过盈量对HSK工具系统有重要影响,可以用锥面丧失定位作用时的转速作为HSK刀柄的许用极限转速。研究结果为改进和设计高速加工机床提供了理论依据。
The dynamic characteristics of HSK tool system in high speed machining was studied and numerical simulation was made systematically with FEM. The results show that:dynamic stiffness of HSK tool system does not change and loading capacity of HSK increases with the increasing of machine speed, the tolerance size of HSK has important influence on HSK tool system. The revolution per minute when coordination position occurs can be named limit maximum revolution per minute Nmax Of HSK, This work provides the foundation for design of new high speed machine tool.
