摘要
将Petri网技术引入装备保障性工程,建立了一种基于Petri网的时线分析新方法,用于确定复杂系统使用与维修活动经历时间。以计算飞机再出动准备时间为实例,阐述了时线分析法的使用条件,确定了不同作业项目之间的逻辑顺序,建立了飞机再出动准备方案Petri网模型,最后根据Petri网仿真结果给出了时线分析表。该方法改进了原来手工线条图作图法,有利于装备设计、研制过程仿真与建模,提高了时线分析法的工程化程度。
The Petri net technology was introduced into supportability engineering and a new method of Petri net--based time--line analysis was established which was used to confirm the total operation time and maintenance activity time of a complex system. A case of a computing the ready time of airplane reaction was cited to introduce peration conditions of time--line method, confirm the logical sequence of variablk operations and establish Petri net model of the airplane reaction scenario. At last, a time--line analysis table based on results of the Petri net simulation is drawn. The conventional hand line plotting method is modified by the method that is propitious to materiel design and manufacture process simulation or modeling and improve the engineering applications.
