摘要
有限元法在气浮轴承的特性研究中已经得到了广泛的应用,而比例分割法是解决有限元方程收敛的有效方法。针对局部多孔质气浮轴承重新推导了比例分割法,得到了新的比例分割因子。在分析此方法可能导致的方程非收敛情况的基础上,改进了比例分割法,从而使有限元方程可以在整个工作间隙内得到有效的收敛解。试验证明,当采用所提出的“混合比例分割法”时,能同时获得快的收敛速度和良好的一致收敛性。
A nonlinear model based on finite element bearing characteristics. The proportional division method root during the process of solving the FEM equation. Because of nonconvergent problem, the method was improved to get the true convergent root during the whole working clearance. Experimental results show that the merits in the respects of interactive speed and consistent convergence can be gained, when the mixed proportional division method proposed here is applied.
