摘要 采用离散化分析方法,推导出弧形螺旋弹簧弹性特性的解析表达式,分析了扭振减振器转速对弧形螺旋弹簧弹性特性的影响,结果表明其刚度是随转速升高而增大的。通过与实验结果对比,验证了理论分析结果,进一步对弧形螺旋弹簧的非线性弹性特性进行了分析,并从工程应用角度进行了简化讨论。 Arc spring is the key component for Dual Mass Flywheel- Circumferential Spring (DMF--CS) torsional damper, which has been effectively applied in automotive driveline. However, the analysis and design methods for elastic characteristics of arc springs have not been well established yet. The problem is studied, and a set of analytical formulae are derived through an approach of discretization of arc spring. A numerical result is presented and well correlated with experimental result. The influence of rotation speed of DMF--CS torsional damper to the elastic characteristics is also investigated, and the stiffness increase with the speed is illustrated. In addition, other issues including elastic non--linearity of arc springs and the formula simplification are discussed for applications in engineering. The research is of basic importance to the design of DMF--CS torsional damper.
