摘要
提出了一种用于计算旋转机械转速谱阵的算法———变窗移傅里叶变换,其窗移的变化规律与转速相关。详细介绍了变窗移傅里叶变换算法的原理及其实现过程,为旋转机械阶比分析中计算转速谱阵提供了理论依据。试验结果表明,变窗移傅里叶变换算法正确可行,可有效提取旋转机械振动信号转速谱阵的特征信息。
A new algorithm called VWMFT (variable window--move fourier transformation) was put forward, which was used to compute rotating speed spectral map of rotating machinery vibration signals, and the variable rule of window--move related to rotating speed. The principles and implemention process of this algorithm was narrated in detail. This algorithm provided theoretical basis for computing rotating speed spectral map of rotating machinery in order analyzing. The experimental results show that it is correct and feasible, and can extract characteristic information of the rotating speed spectral map effectively.
