摘要
研究了数控机床的造型设计,以提升数控机床的造型品质。将语意差异法及意象尺度图的实验应用于数控机床造型风格意象认知研究,通过系列实验获取了描述数控机床造型的形容词对,并建立了数控机床造型风格的意象空间。研究开发了基于网络的计算机辅助工业设计系统,该系统规范了数控机床造型风格意象的描述,并辅助系统用户进行数控机床造型风格意象的认知,从而为国内的数控机床生产厂商提供了造型支持,进而为数控机床行业提供造型辅助。
This research put the emphasis on the shapes of NC machine tools and wanted to advance the design quality of the NC machine tools. The method of semantic differential(SD) and experience of image scale were applied in the research of style image cognition of NC machine tools. Through a series of experiments some adjectives which can describe the shapes of the NC machine tools were obtained. And at the same time the style image spaces of NC machine tools were established. Internet based computer aided industrial design system(ICAIDS) had been developed. This system had given some rules about how to describe the style image of NC machine tools. And had provided some assistant for the ICAID used to cognitive the style image. Some design sustains are provided for the domestic manufacturers of NC machine tools. Moreover some design assistant has been offered to the whole industry of NC machine tools.
