摘要
作为橡胶片型吸波材料,在满足高吸收率的同时,良好力学性能也是重要的技术指标。实验表明,硫化引起橡胶物理化学性质发生变化和吸波体致密度的提高,从而影响电磁参量和吸收率。适当石墨添加导致吸波体拉伸强度和硬度提高,以及石墨在吸波体中形成导电性网络,使吸收率有所增加。硫化时间、硫化剂含量以及硫化温度等因素影响着吸波材料的力学性能。实验得到的样品,在X波段拉伸强度10MPa以上,反射率<-8dB,以及良好的柔韧性,满足一定的工程应用。
A better mechanical characteristic is also vital besides high absorption for rubber-sheet absorbers. Experiments show that sulfuration induces changes of physics-chemistry characteristics of rubber and increase of density of absorbers, so affecting electromagnetic parameters and absorption. A proper amount of graphite adding to the absorber can lead to improvement of tensile strength and rigidity. Also,absorption is slightly improved because of formation of conductivity net in the absorber. Mechanical characteristics are affected by some factors,for example,contents of sulfuration reagent and sulfuration time and temperature. Samples from experiments are characterized by tensile strength above 10MPa,reflectivity below -8dB (X frequency band),and excellent flexibility,satisfying practical engineering use.
