摘要
分析了影响水泥回转窑分解炉的多种因素,提出在 VC环境下通过OPC接口技术与DCS控制系统进行数据交换,实现了VC环境下的模糊控制算法在水泥回转窑分解炉部分控制中的成功应用。
Throngh the analyses on the factors affecting cement decomposing beforehand stove and the data exchange by OPC interface technique and DCS control system in VC, the technology of fuzzy control is successfully applied in cement stove and the Fuzzy Control algorithm are presented in this paper.
