摘要
自动打孔系统是机械式织带机系统实现自动化的一个重要部分。本设计采用基于分布式模式的系统设计方案。上位机由PC机充任,其负责将图案数据发往下位机。下位机由MCS-51系列的单片机充当。当接收到上位机传来的数据后,下位机会控制打孔机各机构在纸带上的合适位置打孔。较之传统方式,这种自动控制系统大大提高了生产效率。本文论述了系统的设计方案并对其中的关键控制模块即步进电机的工作原理、脉冲分配器功能、步进电机的加减速控制过程进行了详细分析说明,对同类设计具有一定的理论和实践参价值。
Automatic slotting system is an important part of automation of mechanical webbing loom. This article introduces a design of the automatic slotting system based on distribution model. A general PC, which acts as the central process machine, processes design data and transfer the necessary data to slotting machine which act as the lower node and controlled by a MCS-51 micro-processor. The slotting machine will hit holes on paper tape in appropriate position based on received data. This system highly improves the produce efficiency because of its automatic control system. This article described the principle of system design, discussed analysis methods, design skills about control of stepping motor, as the heart of automatic slotting system. This article is valuable to the similar design in both theory and practice.
