摘要
利用工程有限元软件MSC.Dytran,对钢球冲击LY12铝合金靶板时的击穿极限速度进行了数值模拟研究。分析了接触力比例因子、模型的有限元网格密度及靶板材料参数估计误差对模拟结果的影响。对照试验结果,发现数值模拟得出的弹体冲击靶板的现象及击穿极限速度与试验结果基本吻合。说明用MSC.Dytran进行数值模拟,能够为结构的抗弹体冲击强度分析提供指导性意见。
The penetrate limit velocity of LY12 aluminum plate which is impacted by steel ball is studied by MSC. Dytran program. Factors which affect the simulation results such as the contact force scale factor, the density of finite element and the error of material property are investigated. Compared with experimental results, the phenomena of impacts and the penetrate limit velocities obtained from simulations tally with those of tests. Which show that the simulation by MSC. Dytran program can provide analytical guidelines for ultimate strength of structure which was impacted by projectile.
