摘要
武器装备的信息化和系统化既是军事变革的基本内容,也是部队信息化建设目标的关键所在。本文结合实例,分析了武器装备信息化和系统化在高技术局部战争中的作用和地位,阐述了信息化和系统化的本质内涵以及两者的辩证关系,提出了武器装备信息化和系统化的发展策略,对部队武器装备建设有一定的指导意义。
Informatization and systematization are not only the basic idea of military revolution, but also the key factors to realizing Informatization construction. According to examples cited in this paper, we analyze the roles and effects which informatization and systematization of modem materiel facility can make, and we also expatiate the essences and relationships between informatization and systematization. At last some useful and instructional development strategies are proposed.
