根据采用国产设备加工巴西大豆和美国大豆的体会,从生产经济效益方面进行评估,加工每吨巴西大豆比美国大豆综合效益增加5.36元。巴西大豆含油高、含水高,加工特性是皮软、黏性大、易结块,输送设备故障率高,但因高含油、高蛋白总体经济效益好。在预处理前增加烘干机,将大豆烘干和调质,则可以减少问题、提高产量和产品质量。

The production economic yield of processing Brazil soybean and US soybean was evaluated by our local equipment. The more profit about 5.36 RBM was gained from Brazil soybean, the Brazil soybean contained more oil and more moisture with soft hull and larger viscosity, so it was easy to agglomerate and cause the accident in the production, but the beneficial result was high as its high oil content and high protein content. The output and quality will be improved if a dryer is increased in the front of the preparation for drying and conditioning.
