牙周炎和冠心病患者血清中白介素1β和肿瘤坏死因子α的表达分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:通过比较伴有慢性牙周炎的冠心病患者和慢性牙周炎患者的牙周状况和血清中细胞因子的含量,探讨牙周炎和冠心病之间的关系。方法:选取24例经冠状动脉造影确诊并伴牙周炎的冠心病患者和同样数量的慢性牙周炎患者及健康志愿者,由同一名医师进行牙周检查,抽取入选者的血清采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测白介素1β(IL-1-β)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的含量。结果:均衡了性别、吸烟等因素后,冠心病合并牙周炎组与慢性牙周炎组之间的牙周附着丧失程度存在显著性差异(P<0.005),两组之间IL-1和TNF也存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:IL-1β和TNF-α可能与冠心病和牙周炎病理机制密切相关,牙周炎和冠心病之间可能存在一定的关联。 Objective: To compare the periodontal status and the concentration of serum IL-1β and TNF-α in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic periodontitis, probe into the relation of periodontal disease and coronary heart disease (CHD). Method.Twenty-four CHD patients referred for diagnostic coronary angiography were assessed for periodontitis by periodontal attachment loss. Twenty-four chronic periodontitis patients and healthy cases passed the periodontal examination by the same dentist were taken as control groups respectively. All the cases were tested on the serum concentrations of IL-1β and TNF-α through ABC-ELISA technique. Result: The attachment loss between periodontitis group and CHD group remained significant after adjustment for gender,smoking and the presence of diabetes et al (P〈0.05). The serum level of IL-1β and TNF-α in CHD group were significantly higher than periodontitis group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: IL-1β和 TNF-α were significantly associated with the pathological mechanism of periodontitis and CHD, but the relationship of both diseases still need to be further confirmed.
