摘要
目的:通过在金泥中加入一定比例的釉瓷粉提高金泥涂层的耐磨性。方法:在金泥中分别加入10%、20%釉瓷粉,涂布、烧结于镍铬合金表面,在喷磨试验仪上测量金泥涂层耐磨性。结果:在金泥中加入10%釉瓷粉后,耐磨性变化不明显(P>0.05),加入20%釉瓷粉后,耐磨性明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:在金泥中加入一定比例釉瓷粉是提高金泥涂层耐磨性的可行性方法。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to improve the attrition resistance of the layer blending porcelain powder into the gold-paste. Method. Prepare the gold paste including 10% and 20% porcelain powder separately, then bush and fuse them to Ni-Cr alloy. Test the attrition resistance of the gold-paste layer with an attrition jet test apparatus. Result-After blending 10% porcelain powder into the gold-paste, the attrition resistance had no difference (P 〉 0.05). After blending 20% porcelain powder into the gold-paste, the attrition resistance rase prominently (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Blending porcelain powder into the gold-paste is a feasible way to improve the attrition resistance of the layer.
