三峡枢纽修建后对洞庭湖治理方略的研究

On the Regulation of Dongting Lake Co-ordinated with the Construction of the Three Gorges Project

本文简述了历史上长江与洞庭湖的复杂关系及治理过程，提出三峡枢纽修建后根治洞庭湖的设想和水利、交通等的具体布署方案，并描述了洞庭湖根治后的前景。

The paper gives a brief historial review of the fact that Dongting Lake, served as the detention basin of Kingjiang River to save the latter from flood damage since the 16th century,resulted in the deterioration of the water conservency of the lake area. The author has made a preliminary study,co-ordinated with the construction of the Three Gorges Project, the remodeling and regulation of the lake, to better its hydrological condition and proposed a scheme of his design.
