A SELECTIVE PROCESS FOR EFFICIENT ISOLATION OF BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS IN SOIL

摘要 本文报道一种从土壤中分离苏云金芽孢杆菌的新方法。采用4%NaCl培养液振荡培养4小时,抑制了大部分芽孢杆菌的发芽,从而大大提高了Bt菌株的分离率。在总共477个被检菌落中获得16个Bt菌株,分离率达3.4%,比AC培养液分离法提高1.4倍,比传统的无菌水稀释平皿分离法提高21.7倍。 The selective process reported in this paper differs significantly from the classical selection methods as it permits only the desired organism to grow. Use a 4% NaCl medium and shaking for four hours to suppress the germination of most spore forming bacteria would increase greatly the efficiency of Bt isolation process. The result showed that rate of isolation was 3.4%, which was 1.4 and 21.7 times higher than AC medium and classical selection methods, respectivelly.
