该文从经济学角度分析美国医疗保障制度的优劣,并与我国医疗卫生体制改革进行比较的基础上,阐明这种制度存在的问题和可供借鉴之处,希望能为我国转型时期的医疗卫生体制改革提供一点思路。

From the point of view of economics, this paper analyze the advantage and disadvantages of American Medical Security System, and clarified that the problems and some useful aspects for introducing it into China based on comparing with the health system reform. It is expected that it can provide an useful ideas for health system reform in the future.
