沟通是人与人之间的信息交流过程,语言的沟通是其最主要形式。语言信息交流的通畅依赖于话语的正向表达,其沟通的障碍多表现为话语的反向表达。但语言的反向表达已经成为许多人的习惯性行为。其深层原因与民族的社会心理相关,主要有:冷漠麻木心态,敌意猜疑心态,压抑阴郁心态以及口欲期固结等。

Communication is a course in which people exchange their information, mainly by languages. Smooth language communication depends on obverse words expression. The barriers to communication, however, are inverse words expression which has already become a habitual action to many people. The causes in depth have something to do with the social psychology of our nation, mainly including indifferent, suspicious depressing state of mind and so on.
