The conflict and balance between surreptitious photograph and the freedom of the press in television broadcast domain

广播电视领域偷拍(录)采访手法的使用为媒体实施舆论监督拓宽了渠道,但偷拍的掩饰性、被动性等特征与新闻自由的主动性、揭示性、公开性特征不可避免地发生冲突。但两者并不矛盾,记者在行使新闻自由权时必须把握两者的平衡:一是寻找公众知情权和隐私权之间的平衡点,二是记者的行为要对社会负责。

The use of the interview technique of surreptitious photograph in television broadcast domain widened the channel for the media implementation supervision of public opinion, but the characteristic of concealment,passivity of surreptitious photographs inevitably has conflict with the characteristic of initiative, promulgation,openness of freedom of the press. But they are not contradictory. Reporters must grasp the balance between them：l, seek the balance point between the public right to know and the right of privacy;2, reporter＇s behavior must be responsible for the society.
