Take Advantage of GREEN BOX POLICY to Promote Agriculture after Entry into WTO

自2005年起,我国进入履行WTO《农业协议》后过渡期,农业将进入对外开放的新阶段,一些对国内农业的有利因素将逐步消失,一些深层次的不利因素正在显现,农业面对的国际竞争压力将全面提升。因此,积极利用WTO《农业协议》尤其是“绿箱政策”的相关规定,促进我国农业的生产和贸易,是当前极其紧迫的重要任务。

China has entered a post - transitional period of executing WTO Agriculture Agreements since 2005. Our country will go into a new stage of making agriculture open to foreign countries. Some advantages to domestic agriculture are decreasing, and some potential disadvantages are appearing. The pressure of domestic agriculture encountering international competition will increase entirely. Therefore, it is the current urgent important task to make good use of WTO Agriculture Agreements to promote Chinese agricultural production and trade, especially for the related regulations of GREEN BOX POLICY.
