摘要
重视教育教学研究提高教学质量是当今世界教育改革和发展的关键,而教改立项则是实施教育教学研究的最佳途径,加强课题过程管理又是教育教学研究出人才、出成果的重要保证。
The emphasis on education teaching research teaching quality is the key to the world education reform and development. Setting up educational reform programs is a good way to improve teaching research, and the management of procedure can guarentee the quality and achievement of the research.
