Go Into WTO and the Updating of Our Country's Judicial Intention

作为司法的重要组成部分,司法理念直接作用于司法人员,是指导司法实践的重要因素。加入WTO后,首先需面对的不是急于掌握并运用WTO的具体规则,而是应在宏观上加强、调整与提高对某些基本法律思想、观点及法律心理的认识,即要以现代司法理念更新旧有的某些思维,以适应并融合在WTO这个先进意识框架之内。

As an important part of the justice ,judicial intention acts on judicial personnel is the important factor which instructs their judicature practice. After going into WTO, the thing we should be faced with firstly are not anxious to hold and handle material rules of WTO, We should strength- en,regulate and heighten the cognition of some basic legal thoughts,legal point and legal psychology macroscopically,namely we should update some old thinging by modem judicial intention, to adapt and introject in the davanced consciousness frame of WTO.
