罪犯有偿劳动是当今世界各国监狱的通行作法,尤其是发达国家对罪犯有偿劳动的法律规定具体完备,在罪犯矫正工作中发挥了积极的作用。随着我国监狱企业改革的深入及行刑的国际化趋势,借鉴发达国家的成功经验,建立我国的罪犯劳动报酬制度迫在眉睫。

Criminals＇ compensated labor is the current practice of other countries＇ prisons, especially the laws about it in developed countries is perfected and play an actitive role in correcting criminals＇ work. With the deepening of our prisons enterprises＇ reform and the international trend of executing punishment, it is extremely urgent to learn the successful experiences of developed countries and set up our countrys system of criminals＇ payment for labor.
