摘要
城市垃圾厌氧消化制取沼气的实验过程中存在着一个明显的产酸阶段。本文对这一阶段进行了分析研究。结果表明,产酸阶段在中温条件下持续约一个月,高温下持续约20天。VFA含量高于2000mg/L。COD、TS有一定的去除。产生少量气体,约50~85L/kgVS。但气体中甲烷含量很低(<25%),没有利用价值。本文还研究了不同进料粒径、进料固体浓度(TS)、反应温度下产酸阶段的规律。
There exist a noticeable acidification period in the anaerobic digestion process of municipal solid waste.This paper discusses the period. The results show that the period lasts about 30 days under mesophilic condition, or 20 days under thermophilic condition, the VFA is higher than 2000mg/L, COD and TS is reduced partly, gas production is between 50~85L/kgVS with a very low methane concentration(lower than 25%) . Experiments are carried out under different sides of solid waste, solid concentration and operalion temperature.
