中国高校学生报刊是一类特殊的平面媒体,其“管理”存在尚“不合法”,应当应引起注意。在分众时代,此类媒体在党、团报之微缩版和自主开发两个方向上发展,其资金发行和人员等是影响其发展的重要方面。迹象表明,当下此类媒体的发展有一定的空间并有特别的意义。

Newspapers and magazines for students in Chinese higher education institutions are a kind of special plane medium, whose management is somewhat not illegal. In the present period, they develop in the following two directions： to be party and league medium and to be a medium with its own orientation. Capital and personnel are the most important factors for the medium. It seems that this kind of medium still can develop.
